S2E3: Enabling Innovators
Show notes
“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” (John C. Crosby)
Kelvin from Episode 2 wouldn’t have gotten as far as he got without his mentors from the youth organisation, the ATVET and the start-up hub. In this episode, the three main contributing partners on Kevin’s journey to being a self-employed agripreneur freely share their wisdom. They talk about the strength that lies in organised youth, the benefits of a solid education with applied practical classes, the value of guidance through an incubation programme and last but not least, how the combination of all three forms a dynamic stepping stone for success.
